Earning Continuing Education (CE) Credit for Attendance of Board Meetings and Committee Meetings
Board meetings and committee meetings are held at different sites throughout the state to give the public and licensees the opportunity to attend; all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Additional information regarding sites and agendas are posted on the Board’s website approximately 10 days prior to meetings: https://pharmacy.ca.gov/about/meetings.shtml.
Licensees must attend the entire meeting session. No partial credit will be given.
Pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 1732.2(d), licensees may claim a maximum
of six (6) CE hours per two-year renewal period for attendance of in-person Board meetings.
Pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 1732.2(e), licensees may claim a maximum of two (2) CE hours per two-year renewal period for attendance of in-person committee meetings.

To claim CE credit, licensees must sign in and out on the meeting attendance sheet. Licensees will be required to provide their first and last name, license number, e-mail address of record and the time of arrival and time of departure from the meeting. Failure to provide any of the required information will result in no CE credit being given.
If a meeting is eligible for CE credit, it will be clearly notated in the meeting agenda.
No. This is a live CE credit opportunity only. Attendance must be in person. No credit will be given for online attendance.
